Questions Before You Apply?

Do I need an active insurance license?

Not necessarily to express interest. HarborNu welcomes licensed insurance agents as well as individuals who are currently pursuing a license or interested in becoming an agent. Your current status helps our team determine the appropriate next steps.

Which licensed markets does HarborNu currently work with?

Market availability varies by state, service area, and program. When you submit your information, include your resident state and any additional states where you are licensed. Our team will confirm which HarborNu opportunities are currently available in your markets.

What information will I need to provide?

We’ll ask for basic contact information, your resident state, current agent status, and, if you are already licensed, information such as your licensed states, NPN, insurance license status, and E&O coverage.

What happens after I submit my information?

Our team will review your information and qualifications. We’ll then contact you with the appropriate next steps, which may include qualification review, onboarding, registration, or additional licensing guidance depending on your current status.

How does HarborNu support my clients?

HarborNu helps connect individuals and families with information, resources, and appropriate care options. This may include Medicare guidance, PACE education, caregiver resources, and coordination with participating healthcare and community partners.

What is PACE?

PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. It is designed to help eligible older adults receive coordinated medical care, support services, transportation, and other services while continuing to live safely in their community whenever possible.

How do referrals work?

Agents can identify individuals who may benefit from HarborNu services or PACE information and connect them with our team. HarborNu then helps guide the individual through the appropriate next steps based on their needs, eligibility, and available programs.

Can I speak with someone before applying?

Yes. If you have questions about HarborNu, the agent opportunity, licensing, or the partnership process, you can contact our team before submitting your information. Call 484.224.7103 or use the Contact page to connect with us.
